Please note that returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, accessories and accompanying documentation.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. For Customers residing in the European Union who validly exercise their right of withdrawal, the refund will include the value of the returned products and the original shipping costs paid for the order. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.
