Antonio Riva Milano - Shipping and Return Policy

 

SHIPPING

Antonio Riva Milano ships to Italy, the countries of European Union, Switzerland, San Marino, and the United States.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm). Orders received during weekends or public holidays will be handled starting from the next business day.

The final shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the content of the order. The delivery times indicated are average estimates and not binding. Any delays due to force majeure or customs procedures are beyond the control of Antonio Riva Milano.

Once the shipment has been confirmed, the Customer will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

In the event of exceptional delays caused by force majeure (such as strikes, weather conditions, or national holidays), Antonio Riva Milano cannot be held responsible for any postponements in delivery times.

Taxes and Custom Duties

EU: For shippings within the European Union, VAT is included in the price displayed on the website (antonioriva.com).

Non-EU: For shippings to non-EU countries (the United States and Switzerland), any custom duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the prices shown on the website (antonioriva.com).

RETURNS

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without the obligation to provide any reason.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been made-to-measure or personalized upon the Customer's request.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the Customer is required to contact Customer service at the following: customerservice@antonioriva.it, specifying the order number, the items to be returned, and the date of receipt.

Upon receipt of the request, the Customer will be provided with detailed instructions by the Customer Service Team, including the return shipping label, any documents requiredby the courier, and the scheduled pick-up date.

The products must be shipped no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal notification. Return shipping costs, including any applicable duties and taxes. All returns are shipped to Antonio Riva Milano's Factory, at the following address: Via Stoppani, 271, 23852, Garlate (LC), Italy.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

Products must be returned in their original conditions: unworn, unwashed, with all the original tags, labels, and security seals still attached, in the original package, and including any accessories (such as hangers, dust bag, garment covers).

Antonio Riva Milano reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.

Refund

Once the returned products have been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days from the request, using the same payment method selected by the Customer at the time of purchase. The refund will cover the value of the returned product. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return is due to defective or incorrect items.

 

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for size or color.

Should the customer wish to receive an item in a different size or color, they are required to return the original item by following the return procedure outlined above and place a new, separate order on the website (antonioriva.com).
