Antonio Riva Milano - Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING
Antonio Riva Milano ships to Italy, the countries of European Union, Switzerland, San Marino, the United States, and Japan.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm). Orders received during weekends or public holidays will be handled starting from the next business day.

The final shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the destination and the content of the order. The delivery times indicated are average estimates and not binding. Any delays due to force majeure or customs procedures are beyond the control of Antonio Riva Milano.
Once the shipment has been confirmed, the Customer will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
In the event of exceptional delays caused by force majeure (such as strikes, weather conditions, or national holidays), Antonio Riva Milano cannot be held responsible for any postponements in delivery times.
Taxes and Custom Duties
EU: For shippings within the European Union, VAT is included in the price displayed on the website (antonioriva.com).
Non-EU: For shipments to non-EU countries (United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Japan, and others), any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the prices displayed on the website (antonioriva.com).
RETURNS
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, customers may complete the dedicated withdrawal form available at the following Withdrawal Request page.
Once the request has been received, our Customer Care team will provide all necessary instructions for returning the products.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been made-to-measure or personalized upon the Customer's request.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, the Customer is invited to contact Customer Service at customerservice@antonioriva.com, specifying the order number, the products to be returned, and the date of receipt.
Following the request, the Customer will receive detailed instructions from Customer Service on how to proceed with the return, including the return shipping label, any documents required by the courier, and the scheduled collection date.
Products must be shipped no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal request was communicated. The costs incurred for the return shipment of the products, including any duties, taxes, customs charges, and customs clearance fees, shall be borne by the Customer. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or not in conformity with the order.
All returns must be shipped to Antonio Riva Milano Manifattura at the following address: Via Stoppani 271, 23852 Garlate (LC), Italy.
Conditions for Return Acceptance
Products must be returned in their original conditions: unworn, unwashed, with all the original tags, labels, and security seals still attached, in the original package, and including any accessories (such as hangers, dust bag, garment covers).
Antonio Riva Milano reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with these conditions.
Refund
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods or from the provision of proof that the goods have been shipped back, using the same payment method selected by the Customer at the time of purchase.
The refund will include all payments received from the Customer for the returned products, including the original delivery costs incurred for the order.
Except in cases where the products are defective, damaged, or not in conformity with the order, the costs of returning the products shall be borne by the Customer.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for size or color.
Should the customer wish to receive an item in a different size or color, they are required to return the original item by following the return procedure outlined above and place a new, separate order on the website (antonioriva.com).
