I have read and understood the Privacy Notice on the processing of personal data provided by Antonio Riva Milano S.r.l. pursuant to Article 13 GDPR regarding the InARM initiative, available in the InARM Privacy Policy.*

I consent to the processing of my personal data (including uploaded images) by Antonio Riva Milano S.r.l. for the purposes of selection and promotional publication of the photographs across the brand’s channels specified in the Privacy Notice (website, social media, newsletter, editorial materials, and digital advertising campaigns), pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

I understand that this consent is optional and may be withdrawn at any time, and that refusing it will not affect participation in the InARM initiative.

I expressly authorize Antonio Riva Milano S.r.l. to use my portrait (as well as the portraits of any individuals depicted in the images I upload, for whom I have obtained the relevant consent) for promotional and commercial purposes across the channels indicated in the Privacy Notice (website, social media, newsletters, editorial materials, and digital advertising campaigns), worldwide and for the entire duration of publication and the brand’s historical archive, free of charge, with the right to edit and crop the images within the limits set out in the specific disclaimer.

I acknowledge that this authorization may be withdrawn at any time in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 9 of the Privacy Notice.

I declare that I am the holder of the economic rights to the uploaded images, or that I have obtained from the photographer or photography studio the explicit written authorization for their use for promotional and commercial purposes by Antonio Riva Milano S.r.l..

I grant Antonio Riva Milano S.r.l. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, communicate to the public, distribute, and adapt the uploaded images, for the entire duration of their publication and inclusion in the brand’s historical archive, with the obligation to include photographic credits where required.

I declare that I am able to provide, upon request by the Controller, appropriate written documentation proving ownership of rights or the authorisations obtained.

I declare that I have obtained the explicit consent of all identifiable third parties depicted in the uploaded images (including partners, family members, guests, etc.) for the publication of their images on the channels of Antonio Riva Milano S.r.l. as indicated in the Privacy Notice, and I fully indemnify Antonio Riva Milano S.r.l. against any claim, request for compensation, or liability brought by such third parties in relation to the content I have uploaded and published.

Pursuant to Article 1341, paragraph 2, of the Italian Civil Code, as well as Articles 33 and 36 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), I specifically approve the following clauses of the disclaimer: (i) the royalty-free, broad and worldwide licence granted over the uploaded content; (ii) the right to edit, crop, and use the images for editorial purposes; (iii) the full indemnity in favour of Antonio Riva Milano S.r.l. against any third-party claims; and (iv) the brand’s right to refuse, not publish, or remove content at its sole discretion.
