In the event of a return, the Customer must contact Customer Service at customerservice@antonioriva.com or, if residing in the European Union, submit a request through the Right of Withdrawal page within 14 days of receiving the order.

For Customers residing in the European Union, the refund will include the value of the returned products and the standard delivery costs originally paid for the order. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.

For Customers residing outside the European Union, the refund will be limited to the value of the returned products only. Any shipping costs (both outbound and return shipping) as well as applicable duties and customs charges shall be borne by the Customer and will not be refunded.
